Two stories. The first story is a prequel to Kare No Barairo No Jinsei where a gay man has trouble believing that an otherwise straight man might fall for him. In the second story, a man is shaken by the idea of the world's end. One loose end he cleans up is to reconnect with a former schoolmate with whom he was infatuated, but who is now depressed and at a standstill, re-igniting the man's desire to take care of himself. Hideyoshiko's stories move slowly and carefully, but are rewarding and realistic.

Because of changes in seating arrangements, high school student Tsuda ended up behind the quiet and expressionless Endou. Their interaction is born from a trivial incident, and he begins to see Endou who he has never gotten to know before. That mole, slender nape, and soft hair. The subtle faces that he makes and little changes in his attitude. An encounter between a kitsune who runs an udon stall and a man who sells tofu. When the man compliments the deliciousness of the udon, the stall owner is so ecstatic that the tail he was hiding pops out in "The Kitsune's Udon." Additionally, there are four other illustrated tales with tengu, dragons and the like as well as tales of relationships between ayakashi and humans.

This series is a painful love story of a return to the past to erase the first love. Ritsu, the main character, goes back to the past to change the future since her lover Ichijou Kaname is going to die and she tries her best to avoid him and suppress her love.
