Eat Me Up, My Husband
Koi Kirari, Kage Sururi
Decent story, but I think the characters had too much trauma and not enough time to heal through their respective struggles to truly fall in love and live together. It felt forced. Too many misunderstandings and miscommunication.
Oresama Teacher
One of the best comedies I’ve read. It’s illogical and makes no sense but you’re left laughing for hours. The romance is crap though—mangaka has a thing for literal children growing up to like adults and it’s pretty weird. Even the two couples that were around the same age were pretty bad and cringe. I am glad that the romance didn’t happen in the manga since Mafuyu was still underaged and a student. The plot is pretty crap too, nothing too fancy or logical. It’s boring. Art is typical old shoujo art. It gets hard telling apart all the guys with black hair if they don’t appear often. You really have to pay attention to every person if you wanna know what’s happening. I had trouble reading and it was my second time reading the whole thing. But it’s still a good read because of the comedy.
