bookmarked on 220116 and read this sometime in 2022 but i just forgot to move this from my to read to my already read list!!!!!! but here's my review (and i also have to read the vol.2 anyway so i'm just right on time haha): honestly, i'm not really into bdsm but i decided to read this bc of the good reviews i've heard about it... i was actually expecting this to be quite toxic and angsty but i am so surprised it wasn't like that at all! i loved how there is always communication even if there were some misunderstandings between them (which i also found normal to happen bc of their status, situation, and things like that). the consent is very evident and important in their relationship too and they both guide each other. this was really such a nice read!! it has proper portrayal of the subject of the plot which you won't usually see in other stories like this, and the take on the mind reading aspect was done well too. i genuinely liked this!! they were so so cute together <3

this was actually really nice? (tw: non-con tho) but yeah, i liked the plot and where it was going, both main characters have their own "faults" that others judge them for, but all they needed was each other and to understand that those things are what make them who they are. i really liked it! not to mention the beautiful art style wow

2nd time reading this but i’m only bookmarking it now... this was Really good! i don’t wanna say a lot in case i spoil something but i actually really enjoyed and Loved this! amazing plotline, very well written, beautiful art style, definitely couldn’t ask for more!

this is a masterpiece. i just loved how it made me feel— i literally felt the pang in my heart everytime and that’s something i really want to feel in stories bc it means it actually did its work and made me feel so much emotions. god, i’m just rambling here but this is both heartbreaking and heart-mending. most of the time, exes-to-lovers feels a little toxic but this one is definitely not. can i just- AAAAAAAA. this honestly rendered me speechless and i can’t think of the words to properly articulate my gratitude and love for it so i just kind of scream in hopes it gets my point across. i am absolutely in love with this.

220917: i forgot to move this from my now reading to my already read list T___T | first of all, they are so BEAUTIFUL!!! as expected from this artist, they just make all their characters oh so pretty! anyway, mutual pining in the form of rivalry? enemies to lovers but they’re actually not enemies at all and instead are long time friends who found comfort and strength by competing with each other? sign me up! i loved them!

oh my god, the way this made me feel so many things all at once, wow! i've been waiting for this story to be finished after i read cupid ni rakurai two(?) years ago and now that i can finally read thi, i am absolutely in love with this plz i could cry with how much my heart is about to burst right now bc of how i felt from this???? this is just TOO good! i haven't read anything like this in a while so i'm just so overwhelmed with all these feelings AHHHH!!!!!!! i love this so much i swear i genuinely adore this and them with all my heart T^T and this is why childhood friends to lovers trope holds a special place in my heart <3 (idk how many times i mentioned “my heart” but i'm sorry, this is just really That heartwarming ><) but yeah, i just love the plot and the flow of the story, i could really feel what they're feeling like i could feel the giddiness but atst, i could also feel the pang in my heart at certain parts of the story like!!! that's how engrossed i was with this! i'm so glad i decided to read this right now like it really brightened up my night :') i truly love this and i hope there'll be another volume for this in the near future! bc it's definitely now one of my favs! <3

damn this was actually so beautiful... it has a realistic approach to how physical trauma can affect a person. i'm so glad they have each other now.

i finally had the chance to read this. i thought this was gonna be a lot angstier bc of the reviews but it’s really not that much. but! that doesn’t mean it wasn’t painful, like i was almost in tears at some point. this was so beautiful, i’m so glad they found and have each other :')
