Shiawase Gohan - Maki to Hanazawa
this is probably the most detailed story that revolved around cooking and food i have ever read! it's so adorable how the author is into cooking as well and they add their own recipes at the last part of every chapters! the artwork is very nice too! beautiful storyline and the pace was just right. tasty and yummy foods that will really make you hungry >< and two people and their lovely bunny just living their happy, domestic life together! it's really nice to see how healthy their relationship was... like yeah, there were still some things they were afraid to tell each other (won't spoil ><) but they still always managed to communicate everytime and reassure their love to each other, and even despite all those hurdles, their love still stayed strong and it was just very heartwarming to see that <3 i love love love hana, maki and pyon so much !! i really adore the author for showing how beautiful it is to have someone special and have that happiness you have always wanted with that person grow beautifully (and i hope i can have that kind of person too someday haha ><) this was just a pleasant and wholesome read! <3 ps: i love long haired hana sm omg he's so pretty !
Run Way no Yukue wo Shiritaika
ahhh as expected from this author! this was really good!!! i just loved how healthy they are as a couple, they have communication and consent, they know their boundaries and are confident with themselves and each other; and there is that undeniable trust they have in their relationship. frankly speaking, the description did not give this story justice /at all/. the characters love each other unconditionally, and doesn't even think about the thought of doing 'it' until it was brought up in a conversation because they're already contented with just being with one another... and that is just so refreshing to see in a manga. it was just so nice to see how deep and profound their love is <3 not to mention how they're such pretty boys like wow! this was just beautiful ><
Ore to Joushi no Kakushigoto Tsuzuki no Hanashi
1. Ore To Joushi No Kakushikoto 2. Ore to Joushi no Kakushigoto Tsuzuki no Hanashi this was really nice and heartfelt. it shows more about their personal lives and it talks more about their worries and all that, and you can also see how they both reassure each other in their own ways. “it’s only while chanting your wish over and over again, and working towards it naturally will your wish be granted. in the end, you’re the only one who can grant your wishes.
Loss Time ni Hanamuke o
this is a masterpiece. i just loved how it made me feel— i literally felt the pang in my heart everytime and that’s something i really want to feel in stories bc it means it actually did its work and made me feel so much emotions. god, i’m just rambling here but this is both heartbreaking and heart-mending. most of the time, exes-to-lovers feels a little toxic but this one is definitely not. can i just- AAAAAAAA. this honestly rendered me speechless and i can’t think of the words to properly articulate my gratitude and love for it so i just kind of scream in hopes it gets my point across. i am absolutely in love with this.
Boku no Papa to Papa no Hanashi
ah, this is so beautiful in all aspects. i think i may have shed a tear or two bc of this... this was so heartwarming. just a family breaking the so called norms bc is there really anything different with a couple raising a child together? regardless of the gender and other societal norms and pressures the society put people through, a family is still just a family. and i just loved how ai and nao dealt with that and how they both constantly reassure each other that they're doing just fine as parents and there's no such thing as a 'perfect parent.' we don't have to fit in the society's ideals and instead, we just have to do what we think is right. also! it's so heartwarming to see how ai comforted nao with that and how he told him that it's okay to not be okay and how he'll still love him and be there for him even if he's not doing good bc how they can make hiro smile every day is a proof that they're raising their child well. lastly, how they raised hiro touched my heart. you can see the love they have for him and it's just so precious to see :') it's not every day that i find a story that has the same plot so i'm so glad i found and decided to read this. definitely 10/10 worth the read. it's just a very wholesome story <3
