bookmarked on 220116 and read this sometime in 2022 but i just forgot to move this from my to read to my already read list!!!!!! but here's my review (and i also have to read the vol.2 anyway so i'm just right on time haha):
honestly, i'm not really into bdsm but i decided to read this bc of the good reviews i've heard about it... i was actually expecting this to be quite toxic and angsty but i am so surprised it wasn't like that at all! i loved how there is always communication even if there were some misunderstandings between them (which i also found normal to happen bc of their status, situation, and things like that). the consent is very evident and important in their relationship too and they both guide each other. this was really such a nice read!! it has proper portrayal of the subject of the plot which you won't usually see in other stories like this, and the take on the mind reading aspect was done well too. i genuinely liked this!! they were so so cute together <3
