Hmm well i like hard working and knowledgeable mc but she was way too dumb. Also the ml kinda sus in his behavior and self absorbed like boo hoo no mothers love while mc has much harder life. And also very anti women, only men showed mc kindness. And the medical aspect of the manga fell off real early. But i still enjoyed enough to read too ch60ush then it just became miscommunication +dense
