The characters were so realistically mean and ignorant which made the story good. But what's with the friend saying "just normal domestic violence. You'd just hit her" what?!?! That's the sickest state of mind ever. It is sadly very common at certain groups of people.
How is it OK to hit someone ever? The shop owner needed some jail time for multiple assaults.
What about the ML??! What does the violence and SM club have anything to do with each other? Why would you even sit down with an abuser. I'd only agree to talk to such creature at police station. So he either confess what he done wrong or disappear from my face for good. Not to mention ML also was violent there.
Poor MC :( he should've gotten himself a job at another patisserie (as he worked before) and let the dude at least cool his head :( I'm just so sad how can this be very regular.
