Started reading for the pretty art, stayed for the funny art. A story that doesn't take itself too seriously and lets the MC make funny faces even if they're "ugly".
It's a fun and light subversion of tropes with lively characters. I was disappointed nothing happened between the MC and the "original" MC but her lack of romance also gives her more agency, so I am happy for her. I didn't have to be worried about girl on girl hate and having random women be villainous caricatures, so I was happy.
Simple power fantasy with weak world building and questionable romance. A revenge story that turns into a good vs evil plot and no real throughline. Art got a glow up near the end, so I read the last few chapters.
