Pink Butterfly's manga / #slice of life(10)

Holy fuck this is cute. It's a story about a shy octopus-loving 17 year old high school boy who's got a crush on his adorable classmate, but he's too scared to even talk to him. The art style is really good, I love the 80's manga look (reminds me of Ranma 1/2!) and i love the way the story is progressing. I wouldn't normally go for a shounen ai since I'm more of a yaoi fan (I like the dirty ones fufufu), but it's so charming I just can't ignore it. Can't wait to read more. Would recommend it to anyone who's into the BL genre. It's super cute.

A cute slow-burner about a pair of college boys falling in love, despite their differences. The artstyle is rather simple but adorable, but it was a bit too slow for my taste. I wanted it to be even MORE lovey-dovey and romantic, but it's fine the way it is.

A cute pierced gardener who get's nervous around cool people and cool kid Ikumi fall for each other and start to date. The art is pretty good and I love how sweet and wholesome it is. Unlike most BL's the sex isn't forced and their relationship moves in a normal pace and the seme respects the uke's boundaries, which I find unusual and nice for a change. Really enjoyed the read. These guys are aboslutely adorable.

Shingo helps out girls at his school by gathering information about their crushes and meets Ao - a quiet upperclassman who's afraid of thunder. This was such a cute little story and I love these awkward boys together. The art looks pretty damn good too, I like it a lot. Would recommend!

The sequel!!

One of my favorite yaois of all time! The art is pretty decent but I absolutely adore the characters. They are all cute, funny and interesting. If you like tsundere characters - this is a must-read! It's not easy being in love with your homophobic senpai when you're gay. Non-con stuff does happen though...

Just gals bein' pals, y'know? There isn't much of a plot, but there are a LOT of hot sex scenes. A pretty decent mature yuri for once, since most yuri seem to be about high school girls.

Rebellious teenager Yukari falls for her quiet classmate Miki after catching her kissing a statue for practice. I'm so mad they didn't get together at the end, but I loved the read. I love the way the mangaka draws women, they're just so beautiful and sensual looking. These girls are absolutely adorable together and I wish they would've ended up dating or something at least.

Pretty girl Ookuma falls for her handsome classmate Kanda-kun, mistaking her for a guy and they start dating. Kanda wants to tell Ookuma the truth about her gender, but is worried that they'll break up because of it. Really sweet and cute story with good art and likeable characters.
