Amorou's manga / #bittersweet(4)

Sono Kuchibiru ni Yoru no Tsuyu

Complete | fukai youki | 2006 released

5 star material for most of the story but the ending just didn't work for me.

Tamayura (yuki Ringo)

Complete | yuki ringo | 2013 released

A very poetic and bittersweet story between 2 childhood friends. It was a heartwrenching and emotional story, and their love was so pure!

Only Need to Love Once

Complete | 你好好好菌 | 2019 released

Moving piece that realistically shows the struggles of being lgbt in an anti-lgbt world. Very bittersweet.

Amazing read. I had a suspicion that Ga-Hee was the culprit in the beginning, but didn't expect the plot twists of the ending. The art conveys the tense emotions, obsessive nature of the characters, and dark atmosphere extremely well. This was relatively fast-paced, elevated by beautiful art, and ended on a bittersweet note that was fitting for the story. Loved this.
