Is this still omega verse if there aren’t alpha beta omega but still m-preg?

Can we just pause for a second to appreciate how not-extremely-toxic this story is?? Like its not the usual omegaverse tropes where the alpha looses control and the omega is resentful, and just the general public view of omegas. If anything this alpha fights to maintain control of his urges so as not to upset the omega. Yes it was a bit wishy-washy in that things just sort of “worked out” when the omega had that press conference announcing his second gender but hey, overall I really loved this story!!!
