Part 3 out of 3: Shao Chen the evil man came back, this time killing Kabu's father (the previous boss). Kabu sets out to take revenge, while also confirming his mutual love for Narisawa.

Seme is a low-time exorcist. He can see spirits but does not really exorcise them. Uke was born with the mermaid mark and eye because his mother drank mermaid bones to stay alive. He was treated like shit by everyone until a kind hearted tattooist took him in, tattooed over his scales to make them even more beautiful, and told him to live for he is his masterpiece.

FANTASTIC PLOT. Uke is a prince, born from the previous king and a mistress. The king loved her too much and tried to tie her down, so she escaped with the prince and took shelter in a village, where the prince met a kind-hearted boy. The king chased them down and burned the entire village, killing everyone, only the seme managed to escape after losing both of his parents. He swore revenge on the prince because he felt betrayed, especially when the person he loved so much unintentionally caused the demise of everything else he loved. They re-united years later, and even though seme swore revenge he couldn't help but fall for the uke all over again. Turns out the uke had a tragic life when they were separated as well, his father, madly in love, killed his mother in a murder suicide.

10 stars!!! This is the most persistent Uke ever. He has a HUGE crush on Seme for a longggggggg time, but is too shy to do anything about it even though he comes off sold bold and loud every time they meet (mostly wanting his attention, even negative). They're both fucking GORGEOUS. I have never rooted for anyone to get their love returned more than the Uke. He's strong willed and strong hearted, and actually extremely kind and loving despite his diva behavior/exterior

Class pres x Misunderstood pretty playboy. Playboy plays around because he's tired of people taking him only at face value and has stopped caring, until he meets the class pres who's earnest in everything he does because he's working hard to achieve a good future to support his family. They genuinely fall in love with each other, with the playboy becoming completely smitten first.

Realistic pacing. Two boys approaching the end of middle school while coming to terms that they are in love with each other even though their lives are reaching a fork in the road (going to diff high schools). They already confessed and basically did a marriage bow in the church though, with grandpa’s blessings, so all is well. Could’ve been longer leading into their high school and adult life, but I understand the author wanting to depict adolescent love and growing pains

Multiple stories. Bit twisted love, at least one lover is doing something shady like being a cheater. Only ONE wholesome couple (2nd)

Witches can turn people into their familiars with animal characteristics. Uke is a pure hearted witch who turns a guy who’s living his life as good as dead into his cat familiar to save his life. They ended up saving each other from loneliness and learn what it’s like to want to live for someone else. Nice to know the Seme now has 5 lives because of his witch

Straight manager x Gay coworker who secretly admired him but doesn’t dare to make a move because he’s been tricked before by a married man (the reason why he had to quit from his previous company)
