First couple went through a rut, but more one sided felt by the uke. They tried everything, including karma sutra, to spice things up. Turns out the uke was just insecure. Second couple are coworkers, one is a womanizer and the other is a straight laced virgin. After one drunken night at a love hotel, they started going out. Third couple is a little bit more frustrating, but still good

Sequel Three couples in one, including Ren’s (original couple uke) younger brother, who’s now burdened with the weight of becoming the family doctor after Ren was disowned. Second couple is Yagami, Ren’s gay senpai while he was studying in France. Yagami was captured by a company’s CEO who’s been in love with him but had to do a contract marriage in order to produce an heir. Who knew that he’d produce triplets through artificial insemination. His ex wife is a lesbian herself. Third couple of course returns to the original Ren and Kazumi, who got legally married in New York while they were visiting Kazumi’s father in the hospital. This needs to be longer. Ren’s younger brother’s story is incomplete. And they haven’t met to reconcile.
