For some reason they've been neglecting the author name for bot uploaded manga, weird. It should be Moriya Shiro, who created Soloist in a Cage. I'd say that it's relatively less depressing that I'd expect from this mangaka. It's pretty great, the iconography used for the news sections is fun, and I love the period influence. WAY funnier that what I imagined from reading the summary.

Iirc the author of this also worked on Cyberpunk Edgerunners. It's very cool but the dialogue suffers a bit from Marvel-esque quips. There's something grim about an alternate universe dystopia where people still use the term gigachad.
