This one is ok, so it's a not so short quickie. I guess I'm not a fan of iron love triangles were the girl just loves both guys equally. I thought the ending was better than the start tbh. I like the drama at the end lol. Btw, I like the sequel a lot ~

Too by the book

Amazing story. Prodigal strategist and Unrivaled General fall in love but they're enemies. I watched the chinese drama which tones down Chu Beijie's (the male lead) possessiveness and aggressiveness and makes him a sweet gentleman, but I would've loved to see this manhua completely cover the original novel with the hot-blooded personality Beijie was supposed to have. Unfortunately, this manhua only covers the beginning of the novel.

Watched the anime and the movie is one of my favorites of all time. The movie did a good job wrapping the loose ends of the anime

Amazing read. Kyoko is very lovable and funny. However, the romance with this one is very very slow. Almost no progress and I'm currently in the most recent chapter (chapter 261). More than the romance, the story is about Kyoko and her growth as an actress as well as her personal growth and the people she meets.

A quickie. I forgot about this ever existing lol
