I honestly am at a complete loss as to how this can be smutty, perverted and yet thoroughly wholesome all at the same time! This is just pure joy (save for a couple of jerk-ass side characters). The alpha seme isn't shown sleeping with anyone else after the first time the omega uke sees him having an orgy the day he moved in. It is like the omega became the alpha's love the moment he laid eyes on him. They treat each other well, are kind considerate, laugh and NO TOXICITY!!!! Even though this starts out with the omega merely being a surrogate, it really feels like a healthy, loving relationship! Yeah, the seme is yakuza, and he does get angry at times, but only at people who mistreat the omega, or try to hit on the omega.
