Series of oneshots mostly dealing with desire and discontentment in a supernatural, after-death context, usually along the lines of "Surprise! The wish genie is a dick."

A series of oneshots about gay men nearing their deaths and being approached by shinigami/death guides/death gods.

Iku is an unsociable otaku who avoids human contact after moving to Tokyo, but has acquired the uncanny ability to see ghosts ... or, more specifically, the ghost of Seo Mimori, on the pedestrian overpass near his apartment. Once Mimori realizes Iku can see and communicate with him, he follows Iku home and soon the pair are living together, except for that one moment at 10:45 every night when Mimori returns to the bridge to re-enact his last corporeal act. Stung by the feelings of helplessness brought on by his mother's attempted suicide when the effort of raising Iku grew too hard after his father abandoned them, Iku swears he will never let Mimori experience the moment of his death again, and his passion leads to Mimori falling in love with him. Iku starts sleuthing to find out who Seo Mimori was and how he came to be on the bridge. This leads him, not to the grave that he fully expects, but to a hospital bed and a new set of problems which are addressed in Ohanu's beautiful, but confusing to follow sequel, 23:45 Re:. It takes some skilled and careful mining to extract the gold from this story and the sequel, but it's worth every moment.

Classic campy horror about magic spells centered around ancient Chinese superstitions and possessed dolls. Very entertaining.

The Yeti Story. Yes, that one. Like the chicken story.

So far a very cute story about a marten shape-shifter who moves in with his human lover.

A gorgeous collection of stories by Minezuki Akira: (1) The first story isn't as engaging as the other two. In it, a fast-food manager falls in love at first sight with a proficiency expert sent by the parent company to monitor his shop. (2) A ghost or demon who feeds off of human warmth falls in love with a medicine seller who travels on his mountain during a snowstorm. (3) A sculpture student falls in love with his mentor, an artistic genius who sculpts by touch. The art is so beautiful.

O.o Bizarre plot set up which involves a male harem providing gay sex to the "Haramibara", a special male who can become impregnated and give birth. Aoki Soubi, family-less dude, ends up on Deliverance Island and is raped by 3 wild-eyed brothers, then turns the tables on them. Mpregs' aren't my thing, but kudos to Hashiba Mizu and her editor for sheer ... I dunno, splooge?

The bond between a shark and seagull spirits, their story and a girl who helps fulfill a ghost's ties to earth.
