You have to hand it to Ogasawara, her art is incredible, her sex scenes are blow-the-roof-of-your-head-off hot, but her plots are sheer bimbly Crack-a-woo-woo! Um, yeah. This one even has a fetish I've never heard (or dreamed) of. Seriously, I will never look at bonsai the same again. So take a Shinto priest, every fallen archangel in the Kabbalah, a bonsai, a shy uke, and a 1990s rave. Toss them together with lots of BDSM gear, exorcism guns, slaves, butterfly wings and a shit-load of ecstasy and drop them into the sunken city of Atlantis. That should give you an idea ... although I'm sure I missed loads of important things. I was kind of distracted by all the hot bishies having surprise buttsex.

Igarashi Jin, the willful heir and president of Wisteria Hotel, and Amano Kaguya, a blind incense maker, share an instant infatuation for each other, never realizing that they share a tragic past. Amano tries to resist the pushy Igarashi, but the guy is a bit of steamroller. Things come to a head when Amano confronts his past. The story incorporates traditional Japanese elements like incense making, Buddhist philosophy and the love of beautiful flowers like wisteria, but the sensibilities are all modern, especially with the subplot involving Igarashi's secretary and Amano's bodyguard.

Pretty art, but hilariously bad dialogue and blehh hackneyed plot. Example, "His skin is like it's been bathed in syrup" ... not sexy, unless you have a thing for attracting bees. Things happen which are meant to rachet up the UST, but when the butler finally snaps and molests the young master, it falls flat badly and completely lacks sizzle, mostly because there is no UST when it's so obviously building up to that moment. Also, why does such an accomplished and interesting butler admire such a dull, dough-head of a young master anyway? There's nothing there to entice anyone, apart from big eyes and frills (which butler can find anywhere.) No juice award for lack of smexy.

Cherry tomato popping is the theme, along with shy buttocks and a battle for the top.
