If the purpose of that was to tell the story of seducing a vampire, then vampires must have ADHD, because the interlocking stories kept leaping about in fits and starts, with no satisfactory ending to any of them, and wound up in a mundane story about cosplay. I suppose the cosplay business was supposed to excuse the whole supernatural world set-up, but it didn't.

Interesting story about a Shangri-La style city run by deer men-spirit-type things. Since they are primarily animals, they are ruled by nature and go into a rutting season. Since they have human capacity for transcendence, though, the male deer-men saw off their horns in a ritual prior to rutting so they don't skewer each other. In this story, el supremo deer commander of getting messages from gods doesn't want to mate with all the usual flora and fauna, but has his sights on his regular human-schmuck-roommate-servant guy, who is turning out to be tsundere. Funny and unusual set-up. Let's see where this goes.

Fox sprite in bondage.

Arata, a partial clone/android hybrid sex-bot created in the form of a dead man and programmed with his memories, is given by an officer who deals with the rehabilitation of abused bots to its new owner, the dead man's former lover, Maki. Is a programmed doll capable of human feeling? Maki dismisses the android's appeals to his emotions as "imprinting", but during sex, Arata shows a sweetness that Maki's late lover, Ren, could never fake. A tragic backstory emerges involving Maki's twin brother. Will Arata's feelings leave Maki lonelier and more empty than when Ren was alive, or will he be able to dance with this new creation's feelings and develop something new? As always, an edgy, riveting story, beautifully drawn men and arousing sex scenes.

The Buddhist zodiac inspires this story about Masataka, a shrine priest who tends to all the animals in that zodiac and becomes possessed by each one during their respective month, acquiring their powers, and the cat god, Koma, and his protector, Koutarou, who suddenly show up at his shrine. The first story deals with the exclusion of cats from the Zodiac. The next ones deal with the mystery of Koutarou's appearance, the threat of an encroacher who wants to steal power, and the slow-paced evolution of their romance.

A lab tech robot from the future is booted into ancient China where he tries to take samples from the white snake demon.
