Hins confessed but kags rejected him. Realizing that kags might be feeling way more guilty than he should for the rejection, hins pretends that he wasnt actually in love and just misunderstood. Drama ensues

Hins confesses but kags turns him down. Yachi saw everything and thinks itll be awkward. But its not and everything is the same except now hins doesnt hide his feelings. Yachi then sees kags true feelings and asks kags why he turned hins down.
