Ngl author tried to add plot but it was messy and hard to understand Characters are cringe af esp Tasara like who tf be saying all that edgelord stuff; we also do not need to see Nara say I love you ten thousand times author needs to do more showing and not telling when it comes to the love aspect if you really want to make a historical bl with angst and unrivaled romance, do interesting arcs where the characters demonstrate their love for each other through sacrifices and loyalty instead of throwing in the words i love you every three panels We did not need sex scenes every two chapters esp if the author was trying make good plot Authors def got an ass eating fetish cuz like…

could satisfy a lot of BL readers but just looking at it's plot, character depth, and the amount of BL cliches used, it's not exactly the best or award worthy... in the creator's note from the author she said she didn't take too long for the story outline and yeah... you can tell way too many bl cliches used, but maybe i am just thinking thus because i read the creator's note that showed all of the character descriptions like come on, a top that is a manager, straight, unrealistically possesive, wants to make his lover not work and instead stay home, and obsessed from the start. istg these authors be pulling out EVERY SINGLE DAMN CLICHE LIKE GIVE US NEW STUFF. they always use the excuse of it's a "bl fantasy world" this is another work i think i would enjoy more if i read it back then in short, this can be a satisfying read for some (maybe most) bl readers but it isn't exactly the best and unique. there are so many other stories out there that probably have a very similar plot or characters to this could really be considered boring but that's just my opinion i don't think i will remember this one: not exactly a memorable story
