volume 4, 24.5. story about people living in a run down apartment. izumi moves in to a new apartment when he was robbed in his previous apartment. he meets haruto, a college student, who is expressionless. however, they start to get along... I suck at this. second couple-jin and momo known each other for 10 years. jin is after momo but momo is super shy and stuff.

10.5.. neighbors start to get along because the guy cooks for the high school student. hs guy pays back with his body because of equivalent exchange and so he blow jobs haruto san. haruto san wants to help hs kid so he invites kid over without doing anything to him and yeah... the ending is not enough!!!!!! i want more of their relationship and onwards...ending was kind of too fast.
