5.6.. Childhood friends. One became a doctor and the other one is a host. They “accidentally" met each other in the streets where the host was beaten up and doctor treats him. Back when they were kids, the seme would get injured and Uke would fix him. This is no drama. They love each other and it’s cute. Fluff stufff.

volume 3 ch.2...i felt that. volume 3,6.5. after being almost killed by his yakuza lover, "yuki"is thrown by countryside one snowy night. doctor matsu saves his life..but was hoping it was a corpse instead. this starts the beginning of their life together. yuki used to be part of yakuza and kagema (male prostitute). im so glad they live until old age.
