yamashita is gay, but he has no firsts. he was beaten up by his first crush in front of others. bullied throughout his hs years bc of first crush. lives a gloomy and lonely life watching porn of his favorite actor, hikaru. he thought he saw hikaru and so he offered his body. turns out, it was not hikaru but his future kouhai coworker. Yamashita really did have a sad life, like lots of things were going on his life. He was bullied, beat up, and humiliated by his first crush and the people in his high school for all of those years. (the author watered this issue though and do not show the seriousness of this). Then he met asazaki who he thought was hikaru...only turns out that the guy who he did it with was a kouhai coworker...and then was threatened to have sex in the workplace with him. Asazaki was really a jerk. I have no idea how or why asazaki think they were dating. like wth. I think that if this author focused on their life as a couple, it would be more interesting. --like everything that asazaki said at the end felt like excuses so that they can still be together.

first time reading reaction up to chapter 8. cannot believe that i happen to read this far. i actually feel like i want to punch someone. for real. 10.6.rereading and finishing the book: its not as bad. honestly their moments and dates in beginning was sweet.
