A Villain Is A Good Match For A Tyrant
Cool Doji Danshi
Its gonna be an interesting story of how the author came up w this kind of plot, but honestly, it's a good representative for people who have low self esteem, esp those who are clumsy. Gives you the abstract image and message how it's okay to be clumsy and you're not the only one. Humans are really unique seriously!
Asagao wa Yoru kara Saku
Bitch. This is way to sad. Fucking beautiful af, bittersweet, poetic, metaphorical, sweet and beautifully adorable. It's a story you can cry to (though I didnt because I've been too joyous kinda emotionless to cry) Anyway, highly recommended to new BL readers. It was... Motherfucking beautiful, please. This is my top inspiration to write a story. How the mangaka represent their message carefully yet gracefully into the story is just... Darn beautiful. The epilogue and abstract image of the overall message from the mangaks is exactly like the Hotarubi no Mori E's ending. Fucking beautiful af bitch. I wish people understood the true definition of pain, there's a beautiful pain just like this. Some readers said that they wish the miracle of bringing the dead to life would happen. But then again, that would leave expectations. We don't want that here. In my personal opinion, people could appreciate Hide's existence more if he just pass on. So does Yuugen. It's sad, but love never ends. Thus I believe tha mangaka have written a definitely beautiful piece this time. I love it. Read it yall
Koisuru Taka wa Tsume o Kakusu
Natsuki and Takumi have been friends since childhood, but is 'being friends' applicable in Natsuki's case? He's been harbouring his secret feelings towards Takumi ever since they first met. "I want to protect him now" is how much love Natsuki feel towards his dear friend... Who keeps getting into troubles that is. Is it even possible to confess and express the kind of love Natsuki feel towards the slow and naive Takumi? Just as the title suggested, 'The Falcon Hides his Love'. The art in this manga is exactly like the old manga art style. But the anatomy was great unlike other mangas with old art style, so I can say that this manga is definitely a great art piece if we're taking it from the past's art style. It was yet Mito Hitomi's great work if we compare it with their other works, but the art is definitely worthwhile. The smut scene was rather vanilla, but it wasn't written properly on how the two protagonists struggle in attempting their first same sex intercourse. Thus, I do not recommend this to new BL readers. Other than that, it's your typical yankee uke of all times. Though taking it from the 2000's manga perspective again, the authenticity is definitely there. Not feeling as much with the plot lines though. After finishing reading the manga, you'll get the feeling of "Eh, that's it?". It's not that it was poorly written in terms of details, but we need more into the story. For this I suggest that the mangaka should've written more about Takumi's narrative to develop his character better in this story. It might as well been the scanlation team's mistake in forgetting to upload the extra chapter. Well, that's in case there is any written by the mangaka. Otherwise, it is a good manga to read in your free time. Even though the total chapters are 6, you'll reach the ending of the story without even realizing it as the story dynamics just gets you addicted to know more about the story. I also don't recommend this especially to those who wishes to speedrun through all their want to read list... Take your time reading and you'll get the story. 1 star off for the lack of content.
Playboy Beast
Heat characteristics, the definitions and the way to prevent them was normalized in a world where demi-beasts aka half-humans setting plays out. Riku who still hasn't gotten his first heat yet, made his encounters with the new transfer student, Touma. One night, when Touna sneaked into the dorms room
Oblivious Mr.B
Omg after so long being kept hidden in my want to read list... I should've read this early on! It's not my type o' tea, but I definitely love this change of pace! An alpha who wishes to be embraced by another man... It was such a good plot! How the story develops from one to another smoothly... Like! A good introduction beginning, onto the incident that had caused this uprising love story, then the smooth character developments, the backstory which makes the readers emphasize more with the protagonists... And finally my favorite kinda ending which allows me to interpret their epilogue, it's so good! Then the art too, my lord... This was such a beautiful masterpiece. It's like the typical webtoon contest canvas whereas the chapters are short, but the art makes you fall into the story every time! An utterly wonderful BL. Highly recommend to those who are looking for a change of pace, something out of the ordinary! Also, I seriously appreciate the author for not writing a whole explanation of omegaverse... It gets complicated and boring overtime. The skill to write and explain how omegaverse works naturally along the story should be normalized! Alas, this was such a good story to read!
There's No Way This Is Fate
[POLYGAMY OMEGAVERSE] Yuuzen is your typical rich high school boy who plays around w girls despite being the top student in a prestigious school for alphas. One day, Yuuzen suddenly got his first heat similar to that of an omega. The fact that his two best friends since childhood were with him when he got his first heat didn't help the matter at all. It had seems that his best friends, Ginga and Kouetsu have something to do with Yuuzen being an omega all of a sudden... This is the first work I've ever read from Chifuyu yet I'm already in love with it. There's No Way This is Fate is a story about an alpha who soon came to identify as an omega. The fact that Kou and Ginga's anti-pheromones didn't work against Yuu in his heat suggested that the three of them may be fated partners according to the myth. As the title suggested, Yuuzen is in denial that this is a fate. However, with a lot more things that Yuuzen will eventually go through, he might as well give in to something better. Something about this story just screams character developments and that is one of the reason why I came to get addicted into reading each chapters. The art style in this manga is truly adorable yet sensual at times. I find myself getting absorbed into the details the mangaka put into the story, such as Ginga being drawn as a fluffly pooch due to his personality sometimes. The smut scenes were also good. Though the two male leads are mostly just being horny mfs when doing it with the protagonist. My favorite character of all times in this manga would be the protagonist with no doubt! His character developments are just utterly inspiring and amazing. The story might not put his events into the sad way, but if you think about it from a certain perspective, what had happened to him so far is truly heartbreaking. But then again, that's what made him into an independent person sooner! The plotlines may seems naive if I were to gather what had happened so far, but the dynamics of the story just made it all better and somehow got me carried away along with the comedy and drama! The events are unbelievable if we bring it into the reality world, but it's something that we can relate to the somehow. Like how Yuuzen's life took a down turn when he finally identified as an omega. It's the cruel society that were applied into this manga. Unbelievable but realistic at a certain perspective. Now for the polygamy dynamics. It's hard to find a good polygamy story since it's not that easy to write a good dynamics out of it and the lack of chemistry often makes the love interests' desires clash together, thus will make an subconsciously toxic story. However, that is not the case for this manga. I love the fact how the two male leads have their own chemistry as a lover unlike any male leads in other polygamy stories. The skill to control a difficult plotline is honestly a blessing from the mangaka. I, as a writer myself as well can't write such difficult plotlines like harem and polygamy. Is there anything to criticize in this story? Apparently, no! Everything is perfect and going in a smooth flow! I love it seriously. I highly recommend this manga to those who are looking for a polygamy story or is a first time reader to omegaverse! An undoubted 5 out of 5 stars for this!
There's No Way This Is Fate. -Newlyweds Arc-
Arara so Ginga is the ultimate top in the polygamy huh, I thought it was Kou before. Very unexpected indeed.... But not a disappointment either nYE HEHEHE Edit: i get weird sometimes but its just my last brain cells screaming
