K, it's the first chapter. This is what I gather so far megane-kun has an escoria living with him. The seme was probably down on his luck as he was crying in the rain and megane-kun basically fell into his lap, so he was down and megane-kun has low self-esteem/isn't street smart, so naturally let him in and was down.

There's a Yankee looking guy in class, the seme sees him out doing his part time job as a suited actor and is look omg that's cool your hi kicks are cool. Delinquent looking guy is like *blush* seme is like interestingggggggg so you're cute and not an oni.

Gonna go ahead and assume the dentist wears a mask all the time cos he blushes easily/due to that gets unwanted attention. The host is probably gonna pursue him.
