K, it's the first chapter. This is what I gather so far megane-kun has an escoria living with him. The seme was probably down on his luck as he was crying in the rain and megane-kun basically fell into his lap, so he was down and megane-kun has low self-esteem/isn't street smart, so naturally let him in and was down.

Guy goes to some rural town for three days every summer, but skipped one summer and has been missing a guy he met the time prior. So he goes back and the first person he sees is his unrequited love interest, so guess what stuff happens and he gets to stay with said guy
