I’ll give this a 9.5. It was very funny overall but the plot twist was hilarious to me, I’ve never seen someone take being a himbo this fucking far. Nah, that nigga Riyu stupiiiiiid stupid. Lmfaooooooo. Him pretending to be straight/his “straight guy” impression had me crying . I love him so much but he way too much but he way to goofy and childish for me to be with hahaha. Especially with all that damn pouting and shit . This was very good and gets a special spot in my favorites list lol. Extra brownie points for the silly-ness of the author that seeps through in the way she draws certain scenes- mainly with them in chibi form. Ooh, ooh, also the love recycled/reoccurring jokes. She made this sooooo good and so full for only 5 chapters. PS: big shoutout/word of appreciation for the utter lack of toxicity in a BL where every other BL would easily add some given the exact same plot. Riyu got mad at him for being with other guys and pouted and then they had sex. That particular sex scene was handled with grace because while he was frustrated and slightly upset with oh boy he wasn’t violent with him. Oh boy was like “it’s like he’s forcing me” and was blushing about that because the key word there was “like”. This, my friends, was one of the best examples of organic and spur of the moment consensual non-consent between two individuals who are not in a super deep relationship in any manga. I loved it as wish every author learned how to do it like this.

This was BEYOND perfect. 9.7 rating for me. The dramaaaaaaa girl in this plot yeah, and not silly messy drama to laugh at, but drama that genuinely had me on the edge . Some phenomenal storytelling. Juuuust the right amount of smut (like I seriously mean a PERFECT RATIO) and the smut was high quality too! Quality art. Engaging characters, many of whom were unexpectedly very good people!!

I can barely contain my rage bro. I’m so upset and disappointed. So, this webtoon has 126 chapters and for the first ~80, I was in love with it. Truly the first half was so good to me. Not like a work of art or beauty or anything like that, but in the world of fanfic, DEFINITELY an instant fav! It was sooooo incredibly funny and the vibes in this BL for the first entire half were immaculate bro. It was crazy. I laughed so hard and so often. I smiled every chapter. I had fun. It took me out of the real world so thoroughly bro man the escapism was on 10. Like, I was so happy. Starting somewhere around chapter 80, things went so downhill and stayed there until the end. I know how this story is supposed to go, as it is one I read often. Around chapter 80 is that part of the story where the main trial of the couple comes around. In this particular genre it’s where the possessive top does their bottom dirty af. Then drama ensues and the top eventually has to make it up to the bottom, bottom forgives them, they work things and move forward towards their happy ending. The general idea with this genre seems to be the more dirty the top does the bottom, like truly the more horrible the things they do to the bottom are, the bigger the potential of the payoff when the top makes it up to the bottom. Making it up to them can look like actually doing a grand physical act/gesture or (even better) a permanent change in behavior towards the bottom. Ex: If the top does the bottom small level dirty and the top makes up to him in a medium way, you may get a payoff of 6. If the top does the bottom small level dirty, and the top makes it up to him in a big way, you might still only get a payoff of 6; in a big big way, you may get a payoff of 7-8. Now…. if the top does the bottom big big big dirty and then makes it up to them in a big big big big big big way, the payoff could be 20 bro. (Think “Painter of the Night”.) The problem with this though, is that many author’s girlboss too close to the sun and get burned: in an attempt to get a really big payoff, they make the top do the bottom more dirty than the top ends up making up for. Like the top does the bottom big big big big dirty and then only makes it up in a medium way. EWWWW. Like, hell no. And then what this looks like at its most extreme case, is when the top ends up doing the bottom so incredibly dirty, that readers do not think the top should take the bottom back no matter what (or unless very specific criteria are met). The problem with this webtoon is that it has done exactly this. The way that Mookyul did Ewon??? Problem #1: Look, this might sound crazy to many but to me the problem is not even that Mookyul was sleeping with his father this whole time. That’s really not what the problem was. Mookyul was a starving abused orphan picked up off the street by some predophile rich mafia don who groomed him and maintained a sexual relationship with him eve after he became an adult, in exchange for giving Mookyul everything he has ever had and anything he will ever want and making him a mafia don and his inheritor. Tbh, what in the hell was Mookyul supposed to do about that, you know? It’s obvi not right, but it is what it is. Wanna know what the problem actually is? That after Mookyul found himself falling in love with someone for the first time, he had the nerve to be wildy possessive of Ewon and let his toxic jealousy make him do all kinds of things to Ewon knowing good damn well he is fucking his father this entire time! Then, and here’s where it really gets bad, when Mookyul through a hella abusive way has finally broken down poor Ewon’s defenses and gotten Ewon to fall in love with him although he is terrified by the thought, he goes ahead and makes Ewon’s worst fears come true/ The exact reason why Ewon was so afraid to fall in love with him and has made these reasons clear over and over again? Yeah, Mookyul let’s them bitches come true. Ewon starts suspecting Mookyul of sleeping with his father and Mookyul doesn’t just lie in a regular way and say “no, that’s not happening”, instead he’s like “defuq? Ew, what are you saying you stupid as btich? Why the fuck would you think some shit like that? What the hell is wrong with you??? You’re literally insane”. Does this with the straightest of faces and multiple times even in the face of what Ewon believes (and the reader believes) to be the highest of proof saying otherwise. Professionally gaslights the baby bro. Then then then, as if things weren’t bad enough, when the proof gets to be too much and Ewon confronts him again, Mookyul’s like “alright, I have been fucking him this whole time, and so the fuck what?? What the hell are you gonna do about it?” Like ????????????????????????? Sorry sir, huh? Where do you get off being mad about this I’m so confuuuuuuuuuuuused. Like, omg I just- nah, huh? Poor Ewon in his despair tells Mookyul he is willing to look past all the bullshit and stay with him if Mookyul would just stop fucking his daddy. And Mookyul is like, “lmfao huh? Are you dumb? Lol, ayo what you thought I would leave my daddy for the likes of you? You must be out yo cotton pickin mind” and I’m like

So I liked this a lot. Jus not quite enough to give it a 9.6. I’m giving it a 9.55 tho. The plot was really whatever+. The SMUT tho?!?! Wheeeew chile. Man, wow. Um, mhmmm yeah. So this too, a bunch of bdsm fantasies I had and didn’t have and depicted them but like other BL did not stop short. Nah, they truly went ahead and went all the way with that shot. Ran with it even. Yeah. That was good lol. Probably the healthiest depiction of BDSM I’ve seen in a BL so far and my fav too. That why this has an honorable mention tag. It would also have a “can I has this top?” tag too- and I mean it really almost did- if it weren’t for Cha Sowin’s social ineptitude. Cha Sowin in bed? Hell yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaah daddy (or should I say, master? ). Cha Sowin in a social setting with people other than Jononi? Ewwww. Like, it’s one thing to be like, “I’m a bad boy and I do what I want so people are too scared to talk to me at school”. Like, we can do that and that can be fine. But “I am not a bad boy, I’m just rudely cold to people and they dislike me because I seem to act like I’m better than everyone else”? Hell no ick ick ick. That’s not hot at all. An ideal partner is kind to people other than myself. Even if Cha Sowin tried changing that part of him because Jooni told him to, it’s still not acceptable that he wasn’t goin to do that on his own at his big age. Whatever, Jooni is a sweet sweet precious adorable hot foine ass baby fox and I love him so very much. His backstory also made me wanna cry a wittle bit

Just read this for a second time. The first time I read it I wasn’t doing reviews at the time yet, so I’ll do a review now! I actually liked this quuuuite a lot! The couple is cute and the side characters are fun and cute too! Their drama/conflict made sense and was realistic and honestly, even the second male lead was soooooo fucking likable! (Hope he finds a man soon ). Anyway, yeah loved this cute ass piece of art. I’m giving it a 9.35 P.S. Them sex scenes were prettttty damn sexy!

This main character was sooooooo cute and adorable!!!! Like he was just a little baby for real *crying emoji* And you know what I hate about having a baby head MC like this? When they have a love interest like this man here...... This man was one of the PETTIEST love interests I've seen in a minute. How childish he was, jesus christ it so violently gave me the ick. MC dubbed you back in high school when you confessed to him and you held onto a grudge on him for over a decade? Not only that, but you became his boss and then started giving him a hard time at work and impacting his career??? You're done. You're so done bro. How embarrassing it is for you to be THIS grown, acting THIS embarrassingly petty. The MC is way too cute and adorable and a baby for you to be treating him like this. Now... I say all of this, but it was made clear at a certain point in the story that the MC likes being bullied like this lol. Yes, he does. He don't wanna admit it for sure, but he kinda like that shit. And you know, to that all I can say is 'if you like it, I love it' lol. Like, I hate the way he treat you, but you like it and it isn't anywhere near problematic enough behavior for me to still harp on it after knowing that. Anywho, that's how i felt about the couple. About the manwha in general? Nice art style. Adorable MC. Very nice length. And. Some. GOOOOOOOOOOD smut, lol. It's not the best smut I've ever seen in my life, but jeez, the best I've had in a minute. It was mmhmm yeah. Not all of it and every scene, but the grand overwhelming majority of it. Each moment I thought it couldn't quite get better, it did lol. Yeah, whew, hit the spot hahaha. Anyway, despite the unbearable man-child of a love interest, the smut saved this and forced my hand to give it a 9.4
