tsukineko's manga / #unrequited love(111)

Sakitcho Dakedemo

Complete | tojitsuki hajime | 2010 released

Blue Sky Complex

Ongoing | ichikawa kei | 2013 released

Apparently this is really good... Afterwards this, read the dj by the same mangaka.

Dos Obake Ga Nekasetekurenai

Ongoing | tokishiba | 2016 released

Yeah! I liked that! I'm looking forward to reading the rest. (I've only read the first 6 chapters, as it's still ongoing.)

Sora o Daite Oyasumi

Complete | kyuugou | 2009 released

This looks brilliant, but apparently it's on hiatus.

Yubisaki de Ai o Katare

Complete | FUKAI Youki | 2000 released

3.5 stars. These stories were really sweet! I'll reread them some day, 'probably' lol (c.f. last story). All the seme in this manga win the award for most caring seme ever! I loved the 1st story, (plus the last chapter which is a continuation of that), and the one with the virgin teacher, whose seme prepares him gently and thoroughly lol.

Unmei No Koi Ni Naritai

Complete | Suzume Yura | 2010 released

3.5 stars. I actually really liked this... and I don't know why that surprises me. Maybe on the surface it appears as though there's not much substance to it, but it somehow really hit me in the feels. I'll read it again some time, for sure, (if I get through all the others on my list).

Konya, Mister De

Complete | shimaji | 2000 released

Apparently, part of 'Chiisana Koi no Melody' is a sequel to this.

First Bite

Complete | Kakine | 2000 released

Fuck! That just ripped my heart to shreds! I wasn't expecting it at all.

Hai Kaburi no Otoko

Complete | Azumi Tsuna | 2000 released

Erm... not sure what to make of this one. It was boring most of the way through, until the SUDDEN plot twist that seemed to come out of nowhere. The drawings were messy to the point of being hard to decipher.

Shinon

Complete | Takamiya Azuma | 2006 released

3.5 stars. Nice art, but the simple lines made it a bit hard to tell some of the characters apart. The story itself was heartbreaking. So many feels, but that's a good thing. I like short stories that leave my nerves feeling jangled, (although I usually prefer them darker and more twisted). Imho, the open ending was definitely necessary in order to give this kind of impact, although I imagine that's the very reason it has such a low rating, smh. I'll reread this at some point.
