Ao No Futsumashi Dj - Hakoniwa Yuugi
I preferred the others by these doujinsha. The whole pregnancy thing makes me a bit squeamish tbh. It was sweet, though. What was really great about this manga, was that they actually mentioned and depicted the cleaning of the area. It was the first time I saw that in a yaoi manga, (and I've read hundreds), and I'd always hoped to see it, as I feel that it's important. (It's not particularly sexy, but what's even less sexy, (for me), is thinking that the seme's gonna get sh*t on his stick!)

The h scenes look really hot, and I like the art style.

According to the comments, this = gorgeous art + absurd humour.
Hebi no Seikatsu
Apparently pretty realistic, (discounting the Omegaverse aspect). Sounds good.
