Host no Furachi na Love Game
Ureeru Don Quixoute
3.5 stars. That was sweet and fun, with a touch of smexiness. I just found out from the comments, that this is actually not a one-shot, but the 2nd chapter of 'Kimi ni Mero-Mero' , so I'm going to read that next.
Kunshu no Ai wa Yoru ni Hana Saku
Koisuru Intelligence
3.5 stars. I hope it gets completed! It was a fun read, and the h scenes were pretty good. There's too much unnecessary text, though, which I barely even skimmed tbh, as the details of their work just aren't important to me. I've read up to chapter 3.2.
Aoi haru,akaiito
This is tagged as twisted and suchlike, but the few parts I just read weren't particularly twisted, and the main couple are really sweet together! The love, lust, yearning, loneliness, angst, etc, are really well conveyed through beautifully expressive art. Looking forward to reading it...
Daiji na Koto na no de, Nido.
This kind of plot has been done so many times before, but here it's well executed, and has nice little touches that make it stand out from the others. That onsen scene, for instance, was pretty hot! Also, I really like the way the whole issue of sexuality was dealt with - it was actually quite realistic on that front. The tension and heartache that come from swallowing one's feelings were palpable, and some of the dialogue felt way too real, (if I had €1 for every time I've said 'don't worry, you're not my type'...). I wouldn't go so far as to say that it was deep, but it does have a certain touch of realism that other romcoms don't tend to have. It also had all the usual ingredients of a good romcom: it was sweet, funny and sexy, as well as being well drawn.
