'XXX Allergy' and the 1st chapter of this were awful - boring, fluffy af shounen ai - and the mcs' relationship wasn't really believable. However, as soon as Icchan, (from 'Therapy Game'), came on the scene in chapter 2, things livened up a bit. I loved seeing those pics of Itsuki from his crossdressing days, the lovely relationship between the 2 brothers Mitsuki and Icchan, and the way Shouhei's family accepted their son's homosexual relationship. The sex in later chapters even became quite hot - that hotel scene in particular! The art, as usual, was good. Although there were good elements in this manga, as a whole it felt disjointed, due to the disconnect between the fluffy shounen ai the mangaka seemed to be going for in the beginning, and the later chapters which were her usual mix of slightly dramatic, slightly realistic, not too fluffy but still heartwarming, not overly smutty but still a little raunchy, whilst remaining always tender and consensual, that she does so well. Maybe this, (if we include 'XXX Allergy', which is where this story starts), was her first manga, and she was still finding her style? Anyhow, I'd rate 'XXX Allergy' 1 star, the 1st chapter of this 2 stars, and chapter 2 onwards 3.5 stars. Overall, I'm giving this 3 stars. I would reread, but only from chapter 2 onwards.
