I want to read this mainly for the dads' (non)story.

Read it for the sad/bittersweet story, more than for the h stuff.

Way too melodramatic and not smutty enough. It was trying to be deep, but just came across as some kind of pseudo-intellectual drivel lol.

3.5 stars. Not bad at all, but too short. Most of them ended somewhat inconclusively. The story about the rebound guy was depressing, because it ended without any proof that the other guy actually loved him and wasn't just precisely using him as a rebound guy. Gah it just pisses me off! He's too hot and kind and mature for that selfish, immature jerk! Lol I need to calm down now...

3.5 stars. Some worth 4 stars, some worth 3. The 1st/last was depressing, probably because it was quite realistic. Actually, most of these had at least some realism to them, which I like. The taxi driver one was really sweet and quite Japanese. My faves are the two I just mentioned.

I've read the first 5 chapters. The art is ugly, but the stories are really good - original, interesting and poignant! Characterisation is another strong point. In fact, I became attached to several of the characters and would love to read more about them. I especially love the ukes in here - stereotypically blond and babyfaced, but incredibly strong, mature, and the last one is even intelligent! A rare breed indeed! There's good character development, too, as characters often learn important life lessons, helped along by their partners. I'm thoroughly enjoying this manga, and I'm looking forward to reading the rest. I would love for this mangaka to write more! Ideally, she'd write a longer story, and team up with someone else to do the art.
