Yoru wa Tomodachi
3.5 stars. I like the fact that the m is NOT someone who was damaged by some past trauma - he explains that he's just naturally that way inclined. The BDSM aspect of the relationship, at certain points crosses the line into abuse, because they're noobs and are not on the same page. (Please, is it so hard to communicate?! lol) the S/Dom can't control his emotions, and begins to inflict harm out of anger and frustration. It's an interesting and sensitive portrayal of what can go wrong if BDSM is not practised correctly. It was interesting, and it's the first manga I've come across that shows BDSM from this angle. Still, I found it somehow lacking, though I can't put my finger on why. Also, I don't particularly like the sub - why does he have to be such a gloomy and weird character?
Koi no Katachi
After this, read the spin-off 'Koi ni Narumade'.

Meh - pretty forgettable stuff *yawn*. When I read a comment about the seme getting humiliated and mindbroken, I was really excited to read it, but it turned out to be way too tame. Also, due to the way the uke is drawn, it felt like I was reading a shota - gross!
