what the flying fuck. This storyline has so many plot holes and details , but the fact that they're using it for this immense amount of smut is kinda off putting. They had a 2 chapter scene on an exotic fantasy of a character....so just purely sex. This story is purely sex. Side note: Chapter 40 is the personification of fujo and gay fandoms lol -- we want this to happen, and that , but this isn't enough smut , its boring, there's too much plot, or its dry. I found this a great moment in the series lol. Towards the end of the story is where the romance and love builds , which was totally rewarding. The only thing is that all these characters are dumb , except for two. One actually has some common sense as a mc, which is great. On the otherhand , the others characters are just plain slow, and I hate that. Plus, the only intellectually respectable character is a side character who's an asshole...why? Storyline - okay. Plot - pretty good. Characters - decent. Fluffy. Very smutty. Plot holes

The first half the series was really something. It was fluffy , good, the backstories were helpful. But idk, after reading the second half I just felt really disconnected from the characters and their feelings. The way they confessed and resolved the issues wasnt very reassuring or genuine seeming. It was something to quickly read over to me tbh. I also think both characters were lowkey pricks, problem could've been avoided. Also, the ending was super abrupt. We met God, and we don't know anything else about them? And we see a girl who doesn't have a string? Then they do a time skip of 5 years to say they got back together? Also the amount of flashbacks without a visual indicator, or alternative scenes, were a bit chaotic. Storyline - pretty great actually. Plot - not so well. Art - decent actually. Story flow - okay. Characters - fine. No fluff really. Not distinct romance. It honestly really could've just been that they were inseparable best friends at this point.

I am embarrassed to have read some lowkey animal-themed stuff. But this was actually a great read! I love how they incorporate animal instinct as a form of conflict for love...its unique and interesting...but would have been basic if it wasn't themed this way. I actually love all the characters, and they're a switch,  so that's even better. It's cute how the wolf person was pining after the closed off fox boi, but it seemed lowkeu harassment, but its a story.  Storyline - pretty good. Plot - good. Art - not my favorite. Storyflow - pretty good. Dialogue - amazing and comedic lol.

Wow. Surprisingly, I loved the story for what it was. Right off the bat , we got labels , gay characters , homophobic agendas, and everything was pretty realistic. The only thing I really had to be wary of was how this plot was extremely unrealistic from a personal standpoint -- watching porn with your bros??? What? Really? Anyway , I loved how they both progressed to come to terms with their sexuality and open up, and was trying new things out. Storyline - realistic. Plot - good. Art - amazing. Dialogue - amazing. Panel flow - great.

So I binged read this story, as most I do, but this story was different. I loved the first 20 chapters. The guilt, the promiscuous and budding aspects of their relationship seem to grab me. Just when I thought the MC was just an asshole , but too nice to be an asshole too, comes the most complicated and drowning plot. I get it , its called Mistake Lover. But at reading this story, this is what it really means to have miscommunication and how lies spiral you. It was way too complicated and the flashback to understand the miscommunication was too long. It took a whole quarter of the series to actually explain why things had gotten to where they were at the beginning of the story. Storyline - great. Plot - great. Storyflow- not so great. Panel flow - pretty great. Art - amazing actually.

Well....as much of a "variety in representation" this is , it doesn't exactly do anything to normalize that the standards of BL characters, and undoubtedly, doesn't address the fat-sjaming in lgbtq+ communities. Anyway, going off of this, its an okay story.

Honestly, this story was all over the place with the appearances of characters that only complicated the plot more. Like it was always one character coming in, another leaving, then more again. Even at the end of the story, their relationship is toxic to me. This "life you no matter what you do" -- doesn't settle with me. Additonally , the art got worse with lots of sketching. The plot itself didn't seem very structured. I got bored easily , I just wanted to finish it. They were cute, I liked the beginning 30 chapters, but then the author dragged it on too long. Storyline - okay. Plot - no. Characters - eh. Dialogue - decent actually. Panel flow - pretty good. Also, the titular aspects of the story were very underwhelming and not evident.

The Sound of Sugar Cubes

Complete | Kim Tac | 2018 released

First off, this story has 2 too many psychos. One being Harold, that essentially terminated the MC's bestfriend's life cuz Harold was obsessed with the MC (Hanyul). Hanyul was way too forgiving with him too. Second, Weon, Hanyul 's boyfriend. Ummm....as cute as they both were...that dude is insane. Kidnapping and also, inferring ,killing? The storyline had a lot of potential but it most just revolved about their exploiting and abusive relationships. I feel that the singing career was implemented too superficially and wasn't a strong component. It could have been something else entirely, and it doesn't speak to the fame, attitude, or lifestyle of becoming a celebrity, which Hanyul is now. It really was just about how all 3 were misreading each other , exploiting each other, harassing, manipulating, and so forth. Storyline - okay. Plot - okay. Dialogue - not bad. Art - I wish it had better coloring. The art was kinda a turn off. Also, the titular aspect of the story wasn't apparent till the last chapter-- no.
