The chapter mostly sets up the omegaverse setting and how Victor and Yuri's secondary genders effect their relationship. *** SPOILERS ***: The following is my breakdown of the chapter. At the beginning of the chapter we are presented with an Alpha Victor and a Beta Yuri in the same relationship as the cannon setting but it is quickly revealed that something is not quite right and there are secrets being kept. It is revealed that both Victor and Yuri are hiding their secondary genders. It is implied that Yuri is hiding his secondary gender so that he can be in a relationship with Victor. The chapter has Victor and Yuri meeting briefly at a younger age than the cannon. Not mentioned in chapter but strongly implied that Victor is hiding his secondary gender so that he can top. The chapter closes with Victor's decision to wait to impregnate Yuri so that Yuri can continue to compete in stating competitions. It is implied that they may be fated pairs.
