Interesting omegaverse world building set up. Betas can only reproduce within their animal species while Alphas and Omegas can reproduce across species lines. With the standard Omega males can get pregnant and pairing mechanics. Interesting predator/ prey dynamics.

Scientists created a cure for infertility which allows men to get pregnant but the side effects causes a portion of the population to sprout animal ears and tails. Some also turn into animals when they get emotional. Similar to an omegaverse setting but no Alpha, Beta, or Omega identifiers used. No Omega discrimination.
