Wonderful! The first time I read this I was 12!!! Now re-reading it again in my mid-twenties I have such a greater respect for the characters and how important it was to have a story like this being told in the early 2000s. As a member of the LGBTQ community, I loved reading this and felt happy to see a queer couple portrayed with both individualism, personal and professional ambition, and undying love and loyalty for one another. It's amazing that in 2021 this is still one of the best depictions of an LGBTQ+ relationship that is built on a foundation of equality between both parties **(in my opinion)**. This is truly a classic and a trailblazer for the BL genre.
