Uncharacteristicaly, I waited a long while for this to finish
The story gets you hooked, but in the end, my evaluation took a nose dive compared to the beginning
It’s just that...even though this was the best ending for me, I still can’t understand the uke...well, I’ve never been in an abusive relationship, so maybe I just don’t get it, but I always feel like in any abusive relationship, some of the fault actually lies with the abused party. This was a perfect example of that; I mean, even if he didn’t have the guts to tell Shogo the truth (that he loved him & that the intercourse with his ex was actually mostly rape) at that time, there was still no reason for h to stay with his abusive, shitty ex-bf!!!
I think I should re-read this in a couple of years and see how my opinion would alter as I age~
