Not Yaoi! I was disappointed with the lack of sex! IMO, yaoi means definitive sex, with dicks, ass and all! This didn't have any of that. Sex is mentioned as a past occurance. Plus, there was only one definitive sex scene, between Priest Russian and Claude the vampire. There was no climax, and only a few images, with moans. I was hoping for a much hotter depiction. Especially since we're talking about a priest as the seme, and an imprisoned vampire as the reluctant uke. The plot overall, was never resolved, either. The whole point was the supernatural barrier around the town had been breached, and Priest Ruslan was trying to reseal it. That issue got dropped, and forgotten. The town's benefactor Lord Bale, a masochist, had a demon mother, who was apparently repelled when the barrier went up, but she never reappears, and is not in the story at all, even when the barrier that repelled her is breached. There is also no mention of how Lord Bale and Priest Ruslan formed a dom/sub relationship. For the town, why was the statue broken? What did it have to do with the barrier? Why doesn't Boris relocate his shop when the barrier went up? Why did Boris leave the priesthood? What's up with Yarg? Why was he trapped in that vial in the first place? Was he causing trouble in the town before the barrier went up, and was trapped there? So many loose ends! And what's up with the imp? Why doesnt anyone improson him, like Yarg?Why does everyone want a piece of Claire's homely ass? He's not cute, hot, or charismatic. He's the most pathetic vampire character I've seen! I love vampire stories, and was looking forward to some supernatural debauchery, but this wasn't it! I recommend Platinum Blood, instead! Its a one shot, but infinitely better, IMO!

Very sad story! Kei is a high school teacher, who was raised with an adopted brother, Haruto. Unlike Kei, Haruto is tall, blonde, and handsome, and now works as a model. Despite their obvious differences, Haruto is in love with Kei. Their love is shaken and tested when Haruto's estranged father shows up, unannounced one day with bad news. Will Kei and Haruto be able to stay together, or will Haruto's past tear them apart?

How is this complete? Sagiri is still cursed, and his crazy ass, incestuous brother is MIA. Weird story, anyway. It had potential, but went off the rails at the mansion. Why did Sagiri rape the dark magician in the middle of their magical torture?! The dark magician was unconscious, so IMO that's rape! The storyline indicated that sexual lust was part of Sagiri's werewolf curse. Sagiri wasn't in a werewolf craze, so WTF was that?! It's also unclear how the dark magician is bound to Sagiri, just bc of the sealing spells. Overall, I don't get it, the plot is unresolved, no one graduated, the story goes off on a tangent while the students are supposed to be searching for the magic stones, what was the point of cracking the mansion in two, and sorry, but who cares about meeting the orphans?! They want the dark magician to become a national magician to garner financial support. IDFK

Very interesting story. Lee Minhoon and Hyungnim are childhood friends. Hyung realizes his attachment to Kingpin, but not his love for him. Meanwhile, Minhoon thinks he is just a concerned friend of Hyung, as Minhoon comes to the rescue, when Hyung is having medical issues. Little does Kingpin know, Hyung health issues are due to him being a vampire! Not only that, but Hyung ran away from home, 300 years ago, after a traumatic event involving his father. I wasn't clear on exactly what happened at that time. The storyline took several detours, back in time for the family drama, and tangents involving the clothing company Jihoon later works for, becoming involved with a television show and several sponsors. I could have done with less minutiae on that, and more in depth storytelling about the vampire families, and relationships. Plus, Minhoons friend Gunchan, (kin to Hyungs father) gets shot and the shooter is never revealed, nor is it made clear the severity of his injuries. Apparently, Bunch an gets shot multiple times, with silver bullets by someone involved in the plot to overthrow Hyung's father. I suspect Edric arranged the hit, but that is never brought to light. Nor is it clear exactly why Hyungs father allows himself to be shot later. Any perceived weakness on his part would make his entire house seen weak, including both his sons and Minhoon. I have yet to understand why Minhoon would even want the job of Kin manager, let alone why he would get it, and on what authority he gives himself a promotion 2 years later with no training on the first job. Plus, this is BL, not Yaoi! Any and all sex, is implied, and even the kisses are somewhat censored. There are multiple vampire bite scenes, yet no illustration of the actual biting. Kind of disappointing.

Storyline is all over the place. The monk, goes around exorcising demons, in various towns, while accompanied by his nameless lover, a spider demon. The monk constantly talks down to his lover, and doesn't seem to appreciate anything he does. It turns out the spider lover doesn't have a name, nor does he know the monk's name! Despite this, the spider lover is ever-faithful and loving. The monk finally decides to marry the spider demon, but doesn't bother to ask him, instead engaging him in the 9 cups marriage ceremony. The monk accidentally gives the spider demon a name (Jin)though it is initially meant as an insult! There's a side story about Nanao, the octopus bartender and his estranged lover, Prince Yosuke. Within the side story, there is a cameo appearance of the monk and Jin, his spider demon husband, who've been transformed into modern day characters. Makes no sense. There's even a notation within the manga that some details were left out, due to limited pages available! What is that?! It's mentioned in the story that the monk has periods like hibernation, where he is unwakable for up to years at a time. As a result, the monk has no idea how old he is, and believes he is human, since tgat is how he appears. However, the monk seems to have some kind of demonic power, although seemingly weak. This is never explained! Nor is it ever shown what kind of demon the monk is, or his true form. I'm guessing his mother was raped by a demon, and he is the result. So disappointed with this. Could have been an interesting story.

Touya is born from a a peach, that falls from the heavenly coiled peach garden after being bitten by the monkey king! On earth, Touya is found by a gay couple living peacefully in the countryside. The couple raises Touya for ten years. Its not clear if Touya matures at an accelerated rate, but it seems so, bc he is socially mature at only ten years old. Somewhat questionable. After wreaking havoc in the heavenly kingdom, Son Gokuu the monkey king and elected Saiten Raised ( Guardian of the peach garden), is cast down to earth as punishment. In heaven 1 year equals10 years on earth, so when Gokuu falls to Earth, he's only aged 10 days, where the Earthbound Touya is now 10 years old. The two meet, and Gokuu quickly realizes who Touya is. They live and work together, alongside Touya parents in a village outside the capital. Things go awry, when a demon is unleashed on Earth.
