Ao is an omega, but only 10%! He's a rare blend of omega and beta. His twin brother is 100% omega, married with a child. Ao however, believes he's better off not being dominated by an alpha, and has no desire to become a pair. For now, Ao is content working as a kindergarten teacher, and living on his own. That is, until he meets Reiji, on the street one day. Hungry and homeless, Reiji admits to being an alpha and freeloader, who was kicked out by his lover. Soft hearted Ao takes Drink out to eat, and offers him a place to stay for the night. However, Reiji is somehow able to smell Ao's faint omega pheromones, and seduces Ao. What follows is Ao's journey to becoming a true omega, and his developing feelings for Reiji. Story ended a bit abruptly.

First installment! In this world exist, “normal” human beings and those with ears called “beasts”. Beasts have a unique body that experiences heats/ruts and pregnancy between the same sex is possible. Miyaji Akira is a beast doctor. A beast himself, he defies nature to be one that is not swayed by instincts. Kijima is the hospital director who likes to meddle with Miyaji. Kijima, born with the rare dominant gene, has very strong pheromones which results in him leading a very crazy sex life. Miyaji, although not very good at dealing with the guy and in spite of being the total opposite of him, is tempted by him. One day, Miyaji is hit by Kijima’s pheromones which triggers an irregular heat in him…!?

Third installment! Miyaji and Kijima are still struggling to find balance, as a new family. To make matters worse, Kijima's father (who is also a dominant beast, like Kijima), is adding pressure by suggesting they break up! Kijima's father seemingly wants Kijima to be able to sow his wild oats, a bit more, rather than be tied down to someone who is not even satisfying Kijima's rut. Meanwhile, tensions are rising at the hospital, between assistant Kirigaya, and new "normie" doctor (and friend to Kijima, Kurosaki. Although Kirigaya still seems smitten with Miyaji, doctor Murkowski may have developed feelings for the assistant.

Second installment! Miyaji and Kijima are married, now with a baby son, Shouta. Miyaji is returning to work, due to the huge workload, despite wanting to take care of the new baby. Kijima is supportive of Miyaji, but Miyaji begins to feel insecure about the relationship. Miyaji's post-pregnancy hormones are still wreakin havoc with his emotions, and attracting others. Meanwhile, we are introduced to a new doctor, who comes on board in the beast ward to help Miyaji. Both Miyaji and Kijima are experiencing growing pains as they struggle to establish a work-life balance. Includes 2 chapter story about a detective and his childhood friend reunited after 10 years.
