Tomie
It's Junji Ito, what more do I need to say? He's done it again.
Ribs Woman
This scared me much more than the human chair I'd say, and again the characters make questionable decisions that normally gets them packed cleanly into a grave if they're not the protagonist. And there's always someone assisting the perpetrator. Splendid and sordid.
Human Chair
It's Junji Ito, and it's electric. No, not the chair, it's the way this man makes everything he touches disturbing. I love it.
Jujutsu Kaisen DJ - Wrap Around
Nah, when it got to the sister... look, I saw something coming, but I didn't expect it to ever be drawn. So points I like: I like how it portrayed love as 'I want everything, even your darkest parts of depravity' and how Yuji mirrors Megumi's 'you saw' to show how both are about the same level of debauched. I appreciate the disclaimer, because we don't get enough of that shit in manga and doujinshis. The art's also pretty. Point I didn't like: that panel of incest. Oh boy, yup, you heard that right - no need to dash for your closest hearing aid or optometrist. Fair warning: if you're a shipper of these two, this one's a little darker.
Hope
Keiko Suenobu if you ever come over to this part of the world I will gladly shine your shoes and damn, there's no tag for masterpiece yet. I'll wait.
Vitamin (SUENOBU Keiko)
I absolutely adore this author, and she pulls off sexual harassment, bullying, and oppression and shifting blame all in one chapter. And she does it flawlessly. The reason it's not a five is because of my irrational want of it to be even longer so we can see her life after.
