It focuses on Iruka and Kakashi, and honestly, it's not bad at all. The drawing, of course, is like a well done steak - just right, but it gets no higher than one because it was pretty short though the art was amazing, and no other characters were introduced.
Still, give it a read if you want to, because it's really well drawn despite being so short.
