Folklore no Gochisou
Standard no consent in yaoi. Then we got some family vibes, always with brothers - never sisters, and then we get a sweet ending. If you're looking for something cute towards the end this is for you.
Tiger & Bunny dj - Netsu Nodo Hana Ni
Enrico Pucci looking a bit different in this one... Still it's a fun read, and there was mutual love and aftercare despite it being ridiculous at times. This is like an almost gold standard for doujinshi: Funky plot, wacky but lovable characters, and the one person in the back that starts all this shit.
Tiger & Bunny dj - REscape
The ending was kinda funny, even for my deadbeat humour. The series isn't bad at all.
Ten Ten Ten Ten – Jujutsu Kaisen dj
The story was structured nicely and well-stacked, like cake.
Ensemble Stars! - Ote! Osuwari! Chinchin wa Mate!
Off to check ensemble stars because of how cute this is.
My Little Star - Jujutsu Kaisen dj
It gets a one because it's adorable and comedic, and the art is nice - also Suguru gets all of Yuji's concern in the second story and it's actually hilarious. It stays a one because of the shotacon. I guess you could read it in a wholesome, non-romantic way, but I give that doujinshi title and tag a bombastic side eye if you do. That is all. Read if you wish, because it is rather sweet.
Megumi - Jujutsu Kaisen dj
Subverted my expectations and was ten times better than what I expected. I expected some shota bullcrap that I'd have to suffer through because I'd started, but no - it hits me with an alternate possibility of what could have been. I love this, the only downside is that Tsumiki doesn't exist. Though I suppose in this reality, it means that the family isn't fragmented.
Maou no Amai Keiyaku
Turns out I'd read it somewhere and I hadn't documented so for a majority of it I was like 'waitiknowthisiknowthisbroiknowthis!' It's one of those anthologies that just sticks to your memory because of its sweetness.
Ryu no Otto Boukoku no Kami
I mean, I cooouuuld add the tag for yaoi, but does a dragon really licking our protagonist and putting a scale count inside his chest count as sex? Perhaps spiritually for some of you, but I'm taking ZERO chances with that tag. It was more likely shounen ai, except no kisses were shared - and the characters just rode on the coattails of well-constructed plot, the inevitability of time passing by, and the inability to understand humans. It also focused on rising emotions rather than in other stories where kisses are the love language (because in cultures that's considered bogus and barbaric - fun fact I bet you've now learnt). This is awesome, so I'm very mad at myself I put it off for so long. Four stars, for art, story and characters. One story out of the four I gave five stars to is At the End of the Road, yet both of these stories are equally tremendous in storytelling and have beautiful art.
