K's Secret KIM DOOYUN - a half - blood vampire whose very weak. Doesn't drink blood. In order for him to survive he needs to absorb a human's essence for him to live. Jooyoung (his parent ; friend ; hyung ; a full blooded vampire) suggested to look for "sex friend" just to get by. Everyday he's getting weak, so he decided to look for one. Unfortunately, at work, he accidentally sent a text to Kangwoo (his directo ; boss ; human) that he's looking for a sex friend, that is supposed to be sent to JY. They agreed and make a deal to be sex friends, until turned into lovers. At first, it was a one time thing. But then, KW (director) threatened and manipulated DY that maybe he only likes his body and that he will approve his resignation letter (refer to chapter 2). Until they did the deed many times, but it's not working with DY. He's still weak as ever. Sometimes KW keeps on delaying the sex that makes DY yearn for it. He needs the essence, but he can't just use the director's body whenever he wanted. He has to take consideration of the other, too. But how? He really needs essence or else he'll die. He was having a hard time confessing that he's a vampire. Because what if KW will hate him? Finds him disgusting or worse, hate and go away from him? Until one morning, he woke up with red eyes and little fangs inside his mouth, meaning his condition is fatal. He was afraid KW will notice and that's why he pushed KW away from him. When DY was sex deprived, while KW kept on rejecting him, he attempted to contact his ex lover and had one night stand with him. However, KW caught him 'cheating' and did the deed. Finally, KW confessed his thoughts and DY was finally accepting his feelings for KW... Once talking with the Nux and after knowing KW drunk the blood, he can stay as a half blood vampire leeching off KW's blood forever. When he drunk KW's blood, he turned into a sex maniac. His libido was too high that he already did it with KW a lot of times and came more than he should be. After having that mind blowing sex and multiple times of blood in his system, his eyes were back. And he's healthy. He saw JY on the corridors at the hospital, and JY saw his eyes that went normal again. They (KW and DY) confessed what happened (not the sex part ofc) during injection and blood sucking and the after effects to DY. So DY told JY that he doesn't want to leave and just stay with KW. He parted ways with JY and SG, got a new house with KW and live a peaceful life together. KANGWOO - on the other hand, likes DY for real. He has set his eyes for DY for quite a long time now and when he was sent that message from DY, he took the chance. However, he's hurt. That he's only going to settle for being a "sex partner" and he doesn't know why DY keeps on asking for 'just sex'. He has reasons why he can't just give in, he has pride too of course. Until, he knew. DY was called by their company's deputy, in need of something important. He went to the company, even though his eyes are like that, stilll scared KW might see. He then collided with the director, and KW was pushing DY to look at him, and there he saw, the eyes. And DY ran away without explaining anything. When DY ran away, KW followed him at the hospital. But, JY didn't want him to. They saw and they made up.. DY was saying incoherent words that hurted KW. Saying they're different, he already saw he's a monster etc. But when KW said "The only regret that I had, is when I didn't chase after you when you ran away" then that's the only time he realized and went running to KW. He witnessed DY's conditions and as a human, there's nothing he can do. But, he met Jaegeon and asked him to save DY. Even without a definite result, they're not sure of his survival, he still risked his life and he drunk the Nox's blood and become a pure blood vampire as well. Eventually, miracles do happen. He woke up and let DY drink his blood. ((A vampire has the ability to change their eyes / appearance whenever they want to, however DY's body doesn't have enough essence that's why he can't control it. He has to restore his energy by consuming sexual energy due to his incapability to leech blood. But then he can't get enough sexual energy from KW, that's why it turned red suddenly, He thinks that his body changed. He then started bleeding right after he ran away from KW, that's why he ended up being admitted to the hospital ; wherein vampires do come and go)) JY said that he's looking out for NOX (the origin of vampires ; that exists until present unless killed ; has many abilities and power ; that can grant a halfblood to become a fullblooded vampire , or can make them not wish for blood anymore, just a simple vial of blood from Nox will work) NOX - his blood was given to DY's father ; Woojin (JY's lover before ; did everything he could to get Nox's blood) but ended up commiting a suicide because he can't adapt to the life of being a fullblood vampire. Seo Jaegeon (JY's lover) asked for Nox's blood in exchange of a promise. Nox has the ability to change into someone's appearance. One night, he changed into the hospital's doctor ; JY's friend and talked to DY. He asked DY to come up on the rooftop at midnight. He informed DY that he's doesn't want to give DY his blood intently, but other than drinking his blood to be cured, there's another way. however, it will turn DY the next heir or the next NUX. Whoever drinks the blood of Nox will be a pureblood vampire and the succesor. The previous Nox could pass on abilities and memories to another vampires. Every Nox has many different abilities. Such as changing apperances, curing vampires and even killing them. The reason why he wants DY to become the Nux, was he wants someone to lead the next generation and to have better control of vampires. But then JY came and he became the NUX. Jaegeon came too. And he was the one who informed JG to take Nox's blood and let KW drink it. Jaegeon - he thinks DY is a hindrance of keeping JY to his side, so he wanted to kill DY but he knows DY is someone dear to JY. He has Nox's blood, and JY wants it from him in exchange of staying by his side. When he saw DY on the hospital hallways, he told DY the truth about his father ; Woojin and the guilt JY felt. The reason why he's forcing DY to be come a pureblood. He noticed there also that Jooyoung already drunk the Nox's blood. He told KW to drink Nox's blood for DY to drink from. The reason why he lied to JY it's because he definitely knew it , even if it pains him, that if he gave the blood to JY and DY, they will leave human society and him. He doesn't want to leave JY. So that's why he gave the blood to KW, so that DY will stay with KW instead. Jooyoung - stood up as DY's father ; hyung ; friend , looking for NOX, to get his blood so that DY will drink it and be a full blooded vampire. After that, he plans to take DY away from the human world and live as a full time vampire w/o being scared anymore. Accepted the Nox responsibility. Pros: Good story! Good art! What a plot twist between the main and the side stories <3 I really like EVERYTHING!!! It was a good romantic vampire story. I never like vampire stories, this is the first time :)) Cons: there's noncon of coursee hehe. but, it's fine? Since DY needs it. But yeah again... there's no permission to do so.
