I cried my eyes out near the end. This story is honestly one of the best ones I have ever had the pleasure of reading. The plot for this was lovely and hit the climax and resolution perfectly. When the letter came, I started crying. I guess the idea that he got better but still (very realistic might I add) loves her in a small way. The memories also chilled me. I honestly hope he lives a better life, and not because I think his actions were justified, but because he grew and learned about others emotions. I actually wished they’d exchange letters from time to time, even before the letter scene, but a part of me says that this letter is a perfect goodbye. She said goodbye to him, and so did he. She made him grow with her farewell, and he made her realize that the guy she loved before, not the stalker and abuser, but the bullied pretty boy finally hung up his coat and waved goodbye. This story really touched my heart, and I can say with certainty that this is an all time favorite. Lots of love to this talented author and artist that brought us this story. Once I am financially able, I will be trying my best to support them. Once again, an amazing read! ️
