The Taming of the Shrew
omg was excited to see another “taming the shrew” shakespeare adaptation but this was such a delightful spin on the story, so cute and the message was so sweet
Opium
no shade, this is just my personal opinion but for this to be rated so high shows how much more GL we need cause good lord, this was kind of a snooze fest? sure, it was enjoyable at times but the plot was so predictable? in any case, it definitely stands as a GL— so a win is a win
How to Survive as a Maid in a Horror Game
loveee the art in this— oh my gosh, it’s actually so nice to see a maid and noble romance, it’s kind of underrated + the horror?? getting fedddd
I Favor The Villainess
Heaven Official's Blessing
friend rec; watched the donghua / anime while reading and it actually kept my interest! (in 2x speed) apparently the fandom has crazy fanfics so let’s unpack that after
The Fox And The Prince
The Bondservant
eehhhh another one where the women are painted historically accurate but it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth; not against the realism, women were treated horribly, it’s just that the mc feels to dependent on the ml… guess that’s the point? don’t know anymore
Berserk
masterpiece, deserves a better adaptation; shivers at the thought of the 2016 ver. better than aot imo. rip miura, thank you. my hatred for griffith is astronomical. all that for what, for casca to get kidnapped again?!?! mannn
I Raised My Fiancé with Money
for how predictable and basic this was, it had me grinning from ear to ear; the relationship is so cute to watch and seeing the girl being the rich, confident one while the ml is the shy, reserved type is so refreshing
