if you have some semblance of experience with the villainess trope, this shit is predictable as helllllllll; gotta give it credit for the interesting mother & child story like it’s definitely very heartbreaking but honestly? it would’ve been better without the emperor guy, just make a good revenge story

omegaverse, never really liked that but gave this a chance; the drama was enjoyable, the characters not so much the plot is lost… thank god it’s over

romeo and juliet imo are so silly, the fact that they knew each other for less than a week and committed suicide bc of a misunderstanding is classic shakespeare; but they never touched on rosaline, the woman that romeo loved first but ofc left for juliet; very fun spin on the story the art bothers me a bit at times, particularly the heads of capulet. the “she’s so interesting” plot line will always get an eye roll out of me

actually really fw this — not considering it a romance but the maybe that’ll change later on… the mc’s backstory is so sad, but she’s able to use that to her advantage in helping these poor children :((
