himmel being mentioned in every chapter is so real bc his love for frieren stood the test of time, it’s just sad that she realized it too late; the anime is just as good and really does the fight scenes justice — currently watching edits and there’s not enough hype, it’s so underrated; this is a personal preference but would’ve like to see more himmel x frieren moments considering they met again ???

the thing abt manhuas is that they’re pretty hard to read imo; the art is top tier, like “solo leveling” type, definitely would enjoy more if there was a way to understand the story better

enemies to lovers with knife to throat moment is the bane of my existence ngl the story got very slow at the end there

bro gets assaulted on the daily and the ml isn’t any better wth; only here for the roommates are secretly rivals trope — the translator note summarizes my thoughts at the end there; the ending was abrupt lmao
