FL is left with family debts so becomes a call girl, and ML who has liked her since childhood rescues her and makes her his slave. They're falling for each other. They're bf/gf now, it's cute, not too much drama. I loved this, it was really sweet and I'm glad there was a nice happy ending.

FL is "cleansed" by ML, who is the head priest, after breaking a shrine bell. They fall for each other and she stays with him. Turns out they're childhood friends and he's been in love with her since then.

FL is friends with ML but initially thought he didn't like her, but he's secretly in love with her.

FL witnesses ML murder someone, and he asks her to marry him. This details the plot of the book she isekai'd into. Getting a bit bored though; dropped ch23.
